Checking the status of my locations

Check to see if your hardware is performing as it's supposed to be

You can see the connectivity status of your hardware directly from the 'Locations' tab within your Beambox account.

Plug & Play Beambox

A green circle indicates we have a connection to your Plug & Play Beambox.

A red circle indicates we do not have a connection to your Plug & Play Beambox, and it is likely not working. Check out our support guide here.

Cloud Integrations (UniFi, Omada, Meraki)

A green circle indicates the integration is live, and we have a connection to your controller.

A red circle indicates the integration is disconnected and is likely not working.

Self-Install methods (Aruba, Ruckus & MikroTik)

When the green circle is displayed within the top left-hand corner, this means there has been activity in the last 3 hours.

When an orange circle is displayed in the top left-hand corner, this means there hasn't been an active connection in the last 3 hours.
