Having problems with your Omada integration? Here's some guidance

Our Omada integration works by constantly connecting to your Omada controller via API. If you are having problems, make sure that.

  1. Your controller is online and remotely reachable

  2. The admin account you used when integrating is still active

  3. If you are facing slow connection issues while connecting to the WIFI, we recommend installing the SSL certificate on your Omada Controller, navigating to Controller -> Access Config inside your Omada controller, and, under the HTTPS certificate section, uploading your SSL certificate.
