Having problems with your Meraki integration? Here's some guidance

Our Meraki integration works by having a constant connection to your Meraki Dashboard via API. If you are having problems, make sure that..

  1. Your API key has full permissions.

  2. Your API key is not renewed while Beambox is active (If you do renew it, make sure to re-run the integrator)

What are your symptoms?

The integrator will not connect to my Meraki Dashboard

Does your API key have full permissions? If not, please re-generate the API key and ensure it does not have permissions revoked.

My WiFi login does not show when I connect to the network

Check your splash page settings. Has Beambox configured it?

If not, please try to use the integrator again. If the issue persists, contact support.

My guests get a blank white page after trying to log in

On rare occasions, this can happen if your Meraki subdomain changes. Fix it by re-running the integrator.
