You may want to change or remove the filter criteria for your custom segments from time to time. To do so, head over to the Guests tab and select your custom segment.
To remove the filter: hover over the filter and select the small cross to delete.
To add a new filter: hover over the + Add Filter button and select the filter you would like to add from the drop-down menu 👇
Once you have updated your filters, select Save Segment and choose Save To Existing Segment.
Note: You can only update custom segments, default segments cannot be changed.
