The easiest way to export your data from Beambox is through CSV. You can also download a real-time reflection of your database from your Beambox account.
Note: For security reasons, the link sent via email expires 15 minutes after being sent. However, you can request new links at any time.
Exporting by segments
To export the guests belonging to a segment, head to Guests in your navigation.
Your segment will be 'All Guests' by default. However, if you only want to export a certain group of guests, you can select another segment from the left-side menu.
Once you have selected the segment that you would like to export, click on the three dots in the top-right of the guest database table. In the dropdown, select "Export as CSV".
Exporting by location
To export all guests belonging to a certain location, head to Locations in your navigation.
Click on the three dots at the top right of the location you want to export. In the dropdown menu, select "Export as CSV."
