Once you're happy with your Email or SMS Interaction, you can set it live.
For an Email Interaction, you will see your email preview on the right-hand side and the Enable your Interaction button on the left:
For an SMS Interaction, you will see your SMS preview on the right-hand side and the Enable your Interaction button on the left:
