Select which guests you'd like to receive your Email or SMS Interaction

Step 2 lets you choose which recipients you'd like to receive your Email or SMS Interaction.

If you are sending an Interaction Email, the following filters: Guest is subscribed, and Email has any value will automatically be selected.

This is to ensure you're only targeting guests who have opted in to receive your marketing, ensuring your venue stays compliant.

If you send an SMS Interaction, the following filters: Guest is subscribed, and Phone has any value will automatically be selected.

By selecting the + Add Filter button, a list will display, giving you the different trigger options:

You can also select one of your Custom Fields located at the bottom of the list:

Alternatively, you can pick one of your existing predefined Segments:

Frequency of Sending

We now have a 'Continuously Sent' option in our trigger, which will be set to 'Yes' by default when a new interaction is created. Users can configure this setting in the filter/trigger dropdown, selecting either 'Yes' or 'No.'


If 'Continuously Sent' is set to 'Yes,' the interaction will re-trigger according to the specified frequency and defined trigger/filter.

If 'Continuously Sent' is set to 'No,' the interaction will be sent only once and will not re-trigger according to the specified frequency or defined trigger/filter criteria.
