Our Blasts feature allows you to send one-time marketing Emails or SMS campaigns to your guests.
Blasts are not triggered by a consumer action, for example, visiting your venue for the 1st time or entering a date of birth when logging in (you can use our Interaction feature for this). Instead, Blasts are specifically created, scheduled, and sent directly by you.
Put simply, a Blast is a single Email or SMS that is sent to a group of customers. Your reasons for sending a Blast may vary.

Weekly or monthly newsletters
Updated menu shoutout
Social media competition
Big announcement
Limited-time offer
