Real-time reporting is an intuitive feature designed to monitor the success of your marketing. You are able to change the period of time you wish to monitor your progress, allowing you to see what's working for your venue & of course, your guests.
To view a live report for your Blast/Interaction emails or SMS messages just follow the below steps:
Select the drop-down menu located in the right-hand corner and select 'View Report' 👇
Once on your chosen live report, you can view your live email or SMS engagement over a specific time frame👇
You can also see which of your guests currently match your Interaction triggers in real-time 👇
And lastly, you can review your email design ✍️
