To ensure our customers maintain the best possible sender reputation and to uphold legitimate sending behaviour, we have now made it possible to create DKIM records on your DNS server for your Beambox sender email address.

DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) is an authentication standard used to prevent email spoofing. When configuring CNAME records, in order to set up DKIM, you will need to add CNAME records to your DNS settings. The DNS settings must be for the domain you are looking to authenticate.

To set this up through your Beambox account, follow the below steps:

  • Head to your account drop-down menu located within the top-right hand corner of the platform:

  • Select Settings:

  • Within the Marketing subheading select Sender Emails

  • Once you have added your sender email address, select the small tool icon which will display your DKIM details:

In order to verify your domain, you will need to add a CNAME record to your DNS configuration:

You can verify your DKIM status by selecting Check Status located in the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up:

Once we've detected that you have added these records to your DNS configuration, all emails sent from this domain will be authenticated using DKIM. You can check your DKIM Status under the heading:
