In this step you can segment your guest database to send highly targeted emails, or, you can send your Blast to all guests.

Using preset filters

Our built-in preset filters provide convenient selection of customer segments.

  • All Customers - Includes all guests in your database who are subscribed
  • Loyal Customers - Includes guests who have a higher than average visit count and are still active
  • New Customers - Includes guests who have a lower than average visit count and have visited recently
  • Lost Customers - Includes guests who have more than 1 visit but have not visited recently

Making your own filters

You can also build your own filters and fine tune exactly the type of guests you want to reach.

Some examples..

  • Select guests with over 10 visits in the last 180 days and reward them for their loyalty
  • Select guests who logged in with Facebook and invite them to join in with your Facebook competition
  • Select guests who haven't visited in 60 days but have more than 5 visits and invite them back with an offer
