AI Email Blast makes email marketing faster and smarter

We are excited to introduce AI Email Blast, a powerful new addition to our Blast Campaign feature. You can now create and send personalized email blasts in just three simple steps.

  1. Define Your Campaign – Enter a prompt describing your email and specify your target audience.

  2. AI-Generated Email & Review – AI will create the email you can review and customize.

  3. Launch Your Blast – Finalize details like email name, subject, and audience, then send it with one click.

Accessing AI Blast in the Blast Module:

When you navigate the Blast module and click Send a New Blast, you will see a new option: AI Blast.


How It Works:

Step 1: Define Your Campaign(Setup)

In this step, you simply enter a prompt describing your desired campaign, specifying the type of blast you want to create and the target audience (guests). After entering these details, click 'Next.'

Once submitted, AI will automatically generate the email blast, including the email name, subject, sender email, and target audience settings. This ensures a seamless experience without the need for manual input.

Helpful tips are displayed on the right side for better results:

  • Describe your overall marketing email.

  • Include an idea of what your goal for the email is.

  • Add an example of any written content you like for inspiration.

  • If you want a specific outline for the email, please mention it.

  • Define the audience and segment name for better targeting.



Once you click 'Next,' AI will start generating the blast, and a loading indicator will appear on the screen until the process is complete.



Step 2: AI-Generated Email & Review

After AI completes the processing, the system automatically takes you to the Review step. Here, you can review the AI-generated email and make any necessary modifications. You can fully customize the design to match your preferences, ensuring complete control over the final output.



Step 3: Launch Your Blast

In this final step, you can review and confirm all the details before sending the blast. You will see key information such as:

  • Email Name – The internal name assigned to the blast.

  • Subject Line – The subject that recipients will see in their inbox.

  • From Email – The sender's email address.

  • Target Audience – The selected recipients for the email blast. Users can target their audience using predefined segments. If they want to target a specific type of audience, they can create a new segment with desired filters. Once the segment is created, it will appear in the segment dropdown. By selecting the segment, the system automatically applies the filters based on the segment criteria and targets the appropriate audience.

You can also customize the Email Name, Subject, From Email, and Target Audience by clicking the Edit button. Once you click on Edit, the form fields will become editable, allowing you to modify the details as per their preference.

After making changes, you can click Save Changes to apply the modifications. If you want to discard the changes, click Discard, which will revert the form to its previous state. In both cases, the form will be disabled again after the action is taken.

Once everything is verified, you can proceed by clicking the Next button. Here, you will see two actions: Send and Schedule. By selecting one of these options, you can initiate the blast accordingly.
